Scarlett is a pretty, stocky, blue ACD girl. She was surrendered as her family moved interstate and couldn't take her along. Scarlett is great with people and would be fine in a home with older children. Scarlett is an affectionate, loyal and loving little dog. Scarlett has had some basic training, she walks well on the lead and is responsive to voice commands. Scarlett adores toys, but her absolute favourite thing is to chase and fetch a tennis ball. Scarlett also loves the water and really enjoys a swim in my horse trough. Scarlett would shine in a home where her owners were active and where she was included in daily activities. Scarlett has successfully lived (and played) with two submissive male dogs but as she is quite a dominant female and can sometimes be reactive to unknown dogs, it is recommended that she is the only dog in the family (unless her owners are experienced with the breed and would continue her training). Scarlett is not good with cats. Scarlett can become afraid in storms so it would be best if she slept inside or had a secure, safe area to retreat to. In the right home, Scarlett will be a fantastic lifelong companion for someone.
